The passion she had for music also helped her achieve her goals. Apryl was a part of a singing group which was her first step to an exciting new chapter. The first time she tried making it in the business was to move and participate in music contests. In March 7, 2016 Apryl gave birth to their daughter A'mei-Kazuko Grandberry. Apryl split from Omarion four months after. Apryl was scheduled to make an appearance on season four, where she met together with Lil' Fizz discuss a potential B2K reunion. Apryl returns to the series in Season 6, in which she reveals her custody battles with Omarion and Omarion, along with questions from the media and speculation about her relationships to Lil' Fizz. During the season they both admit they are romantically involved which puts her in conflict with Moniece and the others on the cast.
